چکیده
Herein, the impact of modifying monovalent cation in lead halide perovskite on their optoelectronic and charge transport behavior is systematically studied. Reduced trap density improved carrier mobility after introduction formamidinium Cs MAPbI0.85Br0.15 system are confirmed.
